What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently accepting payment at our store only. We will add online payment methods in next cycle.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we retain the information only for accounting and reconciliation process. 

Is there a discount code?

Yes, we allow for coupons and gift cards in addition to discount codes.

What if I have lost my gift certificate?

We will re-issue your gift cards with the remaining balance if the validity period is still in force. 

How can I change something in my order?

Provided the order is still under process and not confirmed from our store. 

How much is shipping?

Though we are not doing delivery in this quarter, we will soon introduce delivery options.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Though we are not doing delivery in this quarter, in future we promise to deliver on time as per traffic and industry standards in any given day. 

How do I track my order?

You will be sent an invoice in your e-mail with an invoice #. You can call up our store and get an update. Tracking orders online feature we will introduce in next cycle.
